• MAY DRAGON DANCE WORKSHOP: Our next workshop will be on May 27th, 10-12:00 at Escape, and the theme is Dragon Dance.  See May Newsletter for the story behind the dance.  It's a beautiful yoga sequence, a fusion of Indian and Taoist yoga.  It's a dynamic, cardio and strength workout that demands total focus to maintain your balance.  The Dragon Dance is a meditation, breathwork and a complete physical workout that is challenging, beautiful and fun.  To book a place, please contact me.
