BABY YOGA AT ESCAPE
WEDNESDAY, 11-12:15 

Practising yoga with your baby is a great way to promote bonding, and to create secure and happy foundation of well-being for both you and your little one.  Babies are so naturally open to new experiences, and Baby Yoga, with gentle yoga-based movements, provides just the right kind of experiences that your baby (and you) will love.

Our is 45 minutes long and is followed by 1/2 hour of tea and chat time.  Mums are welcome to feed their babies, tend to their needs, and interact with them during class.  Please don't worry if your baby falls asleep. It happens!  You can still learn the moves and practise them on a doll!  Please bring along a small baby blanket or towel.
