GENTLE CHAIR YOGA
FRIDAY, 11:00-12:00
Gentle Chair Yoga can help to boost the body’s immunity and improve overall physical, emotional and mental health. The gentle poses and breathing exercises stretch and tone the body while calming the mind and bringing about a sense of wellness. Meditation and relaxation promote healing and inner peace.
Gentle Chair Yoga class is suitable for older people and those less able to take part in ordinary yoga classes. There is no need to come down to the floor. The class is done sitting on a chair, or standing with the option of using the chair to aid balance.
